The school will give careful consideration to all concerns/complaints and deal with them fairly and honestly. We will aim to resolve any complaint/concern through open dialogue and mutual understanding. Any problem or concern should be raised promptly. Parents should discuss minor concerns with their child's Form Tutor, Head of Year, Head of Department or the staff responsible for the area or action you are concerned about.
It may be appropriate for parents to address concerns or complaints directly to the Headteacher by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Headteacher will endeavour to achieve a satisfactory outcome by informal means, if necessary through discussion with appropriate members of staff and the complainant.
